NET software and tried reinstalling one at a time to see if that was the problem. I have used obscure Run commands such as Start/Run/msiexec /unregister and then Start/Run/msiexec /regserver. I have pretty much hosed my OS with this software. So, I guess my answer is just to boycott any more roxio products in the future and anytime i have a chance, just trash them on the internet, and to my friends, as a protest for not getting the help that I need. I feel like I've been duped and want my money back. I just don't have the time to keep trying installs and checking the roxio website for install updates. I can't ever remember being so frustrated as this. I have bought dozens if not hundreds of mainstream software programs through the INternet over the years. I've tried "all of the above" as well and simply cannot get past the roll back error.
